Terms Of Service

I am part of a family band, so my store might have some weird hours. I will ship Monday-Saturday within 24 hours of your payment. Except for Saturdays and Sundays, which will be within 48 hours of your payment.

-NEW parts are from pick-a-brick and some pieces are from opened boxes but the pieces have never been used. Minifigures are assembled. Some accessories are included.

-USED parts and sets will be in great condition. ALL USED PARTS WILL BE HAND-WASHED OR THOROUGHLY INSPECTED! (USED SETS MAY NOT BE WASHED BECAUSE OF THE RISK OF LOSING PIECES, BUT THEY WILL NOT BE DUSTY.)

I will not sell broken or very worn pieces. Used Minifigures might be cracked but not unstable.

I bag my orders by piece and color unless it is a very big order, then they will be sorted by the type of piece or color.

If the store has the vacation message you may order but the shipping might take longer.

If you have missing or broken pieces before you leave feedback please give me a chance to make it right. If you have broken or missing pieces please Email me and I will help you.

For large orders over 15 different lots then you will be charged a packing and handling fee.

In The Caes Of Missing or Broken Pieces

We need proof of the missing or damaged pieces. Buyers must send a picture of the broken or damaged pieces before we can refund or replace them. (A buyer does not have to send proof or a picture but we may not refund or send replacements)

If you have 1 to 3 missing pieces they will be refunded. if there are over 3 we will send you replacements. due to expensive shipping, we can not ship you 1 piece, unless you are willing to split the shipping cost.

You may RETURN your order but the buyer must pay shipping back. Once the order is received you will get your refund.
